Goldstar Paints Tanzania Limited was incorporated in 1988 under the Company Act of Tanzania. It started its commercial operations the very same month under the able stewardship of Mr.F.J.Ali Mawji as Managing Director and Mr. M.G.Rajan as Director, who are also the promoters of the company.

Today it employs over 300 personnel, which includes a team of professional managers and over a 100 skilled workers. The company has from its inception, maintained a cordial working relationship with its employees and boasts of one of the lowest employee turnovers in the Industry.

Goldstar Paints is sold through a wide network of over 500 dealers across East Africa. All major Corporate Houses, Construction companies and Government Institutions in Tanzania buy directly from the company.

The testimony that Goldstar Paints is highly preferred by major construction companies, hotels, and corporate houses is seen by its usage on most important landmarks in the cities of Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Mwanza and Morogorro.
